The van easily sleeps two on a full-size bed/convertible couch, comes complete with a 3" mattress topper, a remote controlled MaxxAir rooftop fan, 50L Orca Cooler(fits a week's groceries), 50,000MaH Battery with USB power and laptop charging capabilities, deep cycle battery in back that powers interior LED lights and rooftop fan, portable propane camp stove, solid pine countertops, hand-pump faucet with brass backsplash, Ruvati stainless sink with sound dampening, easy-use water cooler 5 gallon water supply, 5 gallon wastewater tank. Tinted windows, main ceiling is ~6'2", and the new rear shocks balance out tight turns.
Jimmy has some rust on the underbelly, but no cancer rust.
Insulation: The floor was started with sound proofing, then framed out with R3 Rigid insulation between the frames which was sealed down and then metal taped around all seams to ensure no air gaps. Thick plywood on top of the frame, and then added the beautiful wood floor on top. Walls were also sound proofed completely, air gaps have spray foam insulation, and 3" thick R13 pink fiberglass insulation, which is all contained behind the walls which are layered with an underlayment plywood and cedar panels on top. Same R3 rigid insulation for ceiling.
    Maintenance:
    - Oil last changed at 142,500 miles(full synthetic oil)
    - Tires have OK tread
The odometer is original and functional, and is true to mileage on the body. 5-digit odometer(maxes out at 99,999 miles), with one odometer rollover as documented on the Carfax report. New engine was installed at 136,7XX miles.
    Full transparency:
    - 1986 = Carbureted engine! No ABS!
    - A/C needs to be recharged
    - Power locks and power windows are not functional -- disconnected and unhoused wiring on the driver's side door
    - Fuel gauge reads inaccurate after battery disconnect -- rotate needle counterclockwise 2x to reset
    - No internal door handle on the passenger-side (shut from the outside)
    - If you park Jimmy's nose on a downward slope and it rains hard, you'll find a slow drip on the top-left side of the windshield
    - A crossbar needs to be welded on the spare tire mount to fit the new (larger) tire rims
Previous owner converted the interior, found rusty cylinders in the engine, replaced the engine and all peripherals. Maintenance documents kept on file, see last photo for a list of all maintenance items 2018-present.
