carburetor.
A small hose is used to control fuel valve for open or close via vacuum actuation. A large hose is for fuel feeding.

Its sole fuel outlet
needs to be connected to a large hose on your carburetor for fuel feeding
while the small hos
e on your carburetor is NO use for manual operation.

A sediment bowl is used to clean fuel and deposit impurities. An economic petcock valve without sediment bowl is easy to get clogging problem. So, a petcock valve with sediment bowl performs much better than an economic one.
