The book purports to have every known cachet made during the period  illustrated, identified and priced.
The second picture shows an example of one of the pages.
Each illustrated cover has the uniques Mellone Number.  This Number consists of the Scott Number followed by a dash and a number.  For example cachet 610-21 is the Warren G. Harding issue and the 21th cachet picture is a Ralph Dyer covers.
