Note that the serial number on the sensor matches the serial number on the box. This is in fact a brand new sensor, the box is just dirty from sitting on a shelf for some time.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS FOR THIS UNIT:
I do not offer returns to buyers as far as buyers that have changed their minds HOWEVER, as this is a new open box item I do offer returns on this item if for some reason it arrives non-working or fails within 30 days of its delivery to destination. Buyer has the responsibility to test and verify its functionality and to check on its continued operability within the 30 day period. If an issue arises in the 30 day period you must contact me within that 30 day period to be eligible for return. Once the 30 day period has lapsed there are no returns/refunds. I reserve the right to place a tamper evident sticker(s) with void feature and serialization to ensure that the same item with same serial number is being returned. If this sticker has been tampered with the item will not be eligible for return.
SHIPPING:
I can assure you that I will take every precaution to ensure that your item will arrive in sound condition. I don’t package items with bare minimum materials. If the item is a bare circuit board with exposed circuitry or is static sensitive I will ship in either a silver mylar anti-static bag or in a semitransparent red anti-static bag to ensure that there is no chance of damage in shipment. This item also comes with shipping insurance.
Please allow up to three business days for me to ship the item after cleared payment. I may ship USPS or UPS depending on time of day. If a part is needed ASAP I’ll see what I can do to get it out as quickly as possible. I can ship next day air if you wish however I’ve had problems using buyers’ shipping accounts in the past so instead I will send an invoice for the difference in shipping costs. I’d prefer to only ship to the contiguous 48 states however if you are from Hawaii, Alaska, or another county, contact me and I might make an exception. If an exception is made then the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference in shipping costs and will be billed accordingly.
