These were purchased at a lost freight liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We don't know a lot about these or how they are used, or how they are activated, or what is involved in doing that.  We are not authorized dealers, so make sure you can use them before purchasing.
The manufacturer has a nice online datasheet available for the ST90 SMARTank with everything you would ever need to know.  We would include a link to it, however, eBay has been getting nasty lately when we try to provide helpful offsite links.  The noose slowly tightens...
